The famous "Onthaalkerk Onze-Lieve-Vrouw" with its 122 meters high brick tower (one of the highest in Europe). Bruges is, with reason, very proud of it, as stated in the city website: "Ze is letterlijk het hoogtepunt van vakmanschap van de Brugse bouwvakkers. De kerk bezit een uiterst rijke kunstcollectie. Klapstuk is de wereldberoemde ‘Madonna met Kind’ van Michelangelo.
