Parents rarely make direct request for AB, but do so by non verbal communication.
How do practioners learn this?
Practioners training:
- “she’s got a common cold.”
- “but the fiver is so high !”
- “..common cold and AB will be of no help.”
- Patient satisfaction does not result from AB prescription but from quality of communication.
- Invitation for return visit
- Room for studies in the latter aspect.
